Tottenham Green has long been the hub of many cultural and educational institutions and we aim to be a bridge between those, working in partnership with the Bernie Grant Arts Centre, the Friends of Tottenham Green, CONEL and Tottenham Foodbank as well as the diverse communities in the neighbourhood.
We will provide a platform for entertainment, dance, crafts, and a place to commune and convene with one another. The market is a one stop shop for International street food and local artisans, bringing an eclectic mix of heritage and creativity.
Tottenham Green Market & Festivals is a collaboration between Haringey Council, market operator Markets N22 CIC (Myddleton Road Market) and Cultural event producer Mandala Productions (Camden events). Organisers Lucy and Ashleigh have lived and worked in Tottenham and Haringey for many years and are passionate about community and collaboration in the borough. They have over 20 years experience putting together cultural events and markets. We welcome applications from new and experienced traders alike and can offer support to those not familiar with the setup process and the requirements of Haringey Council to trade.
The revived market is a pivotal part of Haringey Council’s strategy for a Cultural Quarter for Tottenham Green / Seven Sisters and a key theme in Opportunity Haringey, the council's inclusive economy framework. We are excited to collaborate with the diverse and vibrant community members and welcome conversations about how we can offer a platform for your products or creative art.
